Würth USA is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team across the district, driving growth and building strong customer relationships. You will coach, motivate, and execute strategic initiatives while overseeing routing plans and territory development.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of field sales management experience.
• Willing to travel 75% within district.
• A passion for sales and the motivation to succeed.
• Experience in motivating sales teams individually and collectively.
• High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead team members to set and meet sales growth goals.
• Create and foster a collaborative and motivating team environment.
• Create and maintain productive territories with effective routing plans.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth.
• Oversee sales representatives' daily routines and give effective feedback.
• Regular on-the-job training for employees.
• Present, execute and implement effective strategies to upper management.
• Assist in interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of new team members.
