Description

• build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
• Implement relevant information into CRM
• Proactively reach out on existing bids with contractors to win jobs/contracts
• Quotations
• Take consultative approaches to providing product selections to customers/prospects
• Close New Business as well as managing rolodex of current customers
• Review specifications for projects, blueprints, HVAC system requirements for accurate quotes/estimates
• Be able to provide recommendations given a specific budget
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and product pricing for up to date conversations

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4 years + of sales experience in HVAC, air filtration, or a related industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC system requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
