Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor is seeking an HVAC Sales Representative to drive sales of service and preventive maintenance agreements across Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities in Southern New Jersey. The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission and a car allowance with residual income opportunities.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in commercial HVAC sales or related building-systems sales.

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related building-systems sales experience such as security, fire protection, low voltage, or electrical.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position will be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Southern NJ (South of 1-195).

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Commission offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission. You will make well into six figures and will have residual income opportunity. Company provides several incentives which include:
