Solution Staffing is seeking a driven HVAC Sales Representative for a well-established regional mechanical services contractor in New Jersey. The role focuses on selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, and commercial facilities within Central and Northern NJ.

You will build a high-earning territory, with a base salary plus uncapped commission and a car allowance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
• Experience selling service and preventive maintenance agreements.

Responsibilities

• Sell service and preventive maintenance agreements to hospitals, schools, manufacturing, industrial parks, property management and retail facilities.
• Manage and grow the Central & Northern NJ territory.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets with uncapped commission and competitive benefits.

Due to continued growth, a well-established Regional Commercial Mechanical Services Contractor has an immediate opening for a HVAC Sales Representative. Company has an excellent management team and will provide uncapped income as well as professional growth opportunity. This position with be responsible for selling service and preventive maintenance agreements to Hospitals, Schools, Manufacturing, Industrial Parks, Property Management, and Retail facilities. Territory will cover Central & Northern NJ (North of 1-195).

This is an excellent opportunity to grow with an industry leader. Commission offers a competitive base salary, car allowance, and uncapped commission. You will make well into six figures and will have residual income opportunity. Company provides several incentives which include:

Ideally, we are looking for someone that has 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience; however, we will also consider candidates with other building systems sales experience (security, fire protection, low voltage, electrical, etc..).
