Lee Weber Group is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead the regional sales strategy for a US-based manufacturer of skin substitute and tissue products. You will drive revenue, manage a sales team, and coordinate with senior leadership to achieve profitability and growth targets.

The role reports to the VP of Sales and requires strong leadership in wound care, surgical, biotechnology, or tissue segments of healthcare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or life sciences required.
• MBA or related field preferred.
• 5 years' experience managing sales teams across wound care, surgical, biotechnology, or tissue segments.
• 5 years managing sales teams in the surgical industry preferred.
