Job summary

Lee Weber Group is seeking a Sales Representative for a US-based manufacturer of skin substitute and tissue products. You will develop and implement strategies to expand market share in the assigned territory, targeting commercial hospitals, physician offices, wound care centers, and Federal Government accounts including VA and active-duty military hospitals.

Qualifications

• 5 years of outside sales experience in medical device, wound care, biotechnology, or tissue segment.
• Experience in high growth organizations building market share.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market share within the assigned territory.
• Support existing business and prospect new opportunities.
• Proficient in presenting to individuals and groups on products and company programs.
• Develop territory business plans to meet monthly revenue goals and long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing on new programs and provide field market insights.
• Attend industry conferences as needed.
