Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead and develop a regional team selling capital devices and consumables in aesthetics. You will drive quarterly and annual targets through coaching, recruitment, and strategic planning.

The role collaborates with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to boost brand awareness, conduct field reviews, and optimize territory performance. Extensive travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• 7+ years sales experience in aesthetics/medical devices/related healthcare; 2+ years leading sales teams
• Proven ability leading both capital and consumables sales
• Strong business acumen; consultative selling; success closing high-value capital sales
• Preferred: established relationships with aesthetic professionals
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM (Salesforce preferred)
• Travel up to 75% (some weekends); up to 50% overnight; valid driver’s license; lift up to 60 lbs

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a regional team of Capital and Consumable Sales Representatives to hit sales targets.
• Foster a high-performance culture with accountability and growth.
• Conduct field rides and business reviews for coaching and best practices.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard sales talent; create development plans.
• Develop and implement strategic regional business plans for capital device sales and consumables.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, Inside Sales, and Clinical teams to drive pull-through and growth.
• Analyze sales metrics, territory trends, and competition to guide rep focus.
• Support KOL engagement, workshops, and aesthetic conventions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage territory coverage, travel planning, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Use Salesforce/CRM for forecasts, pipeline visibility, and performance reporting.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, conventions, and trade shows.
