Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Title: Regional Sales Manager - Wound Care

Territory: MD, PA, OH, NJ, CT, MA, NY, NH, VT, ME - 60% travel

Description:

• Sell wound care solutions and provide clinical education to distributors and retailers
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and market share within the assigned geographic area
• Demonstrate proficiency and expertise in discussing and demonstrating products
• Become a product expert
• Support 1099/distributor sales teams as needed
• Collaborate effectively with VP of sales and leadership
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to promotional guidelines
• Complete administrative duties promptly and within budget
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 3-10 years of skin graft or biologics sales experience, including with distributors
• Previous managerial experience or resource allocation experience
• Proficiency with reimbursement, billing, coding, and payor system trends
• Proven sales success record
• Ability to close deals and grow business
• Positive attitude, integrity, and compassion for patients

Compensation:

Base salary of $150k. Total compensation up to $300k at plan, plus commissions (uncapped, paid quarterly), car allowance, full benefits, and opportunities for growth and professional development.
