Job summary

Faraday Future Inc. in California is seeking a Sr. Director, Community Sales, Robotics to turn engaged users into a durable revenue channel. You will architect how FF’s Robotics users become advocates, a steady sales force, and a private‑domain revenue engine.

Lead a team across community management, programs, ops, and analytics, building private-domain commerce across US/Greater China with WoT capabilities. You’ll report to the UES Leader and shape growth with data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years leading community, loyalty, or private-domain commerce for consumer brands.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through a community / member channel.

Responsibilities

• Define the community-led growth strategy for FF Robotics, including member programs, referrals, and ambassador models.
• Own the Robotics member program: tiers, benefits, exclusives, and linkages to purchasing behavior.
• Build and operate private-domain channels (community app, WeChat, Discord, Telegram, email/SMS) as commercial surfaces.
• Design and scale referral, advocacy, and ambassador programs to reliably acquire customers.
• Coordinate events, exclusive drops, beta programs, and behind‑the‑scenes access that convert engagement into purchases.
• Integrate Web3/AIXC mechanics where appropriate (tokens, on-chain credentials, exclusive utilities).
• Develop attribution infrastructure to connect community activity with revenue and CRM insights.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to translate community signals into action.
