Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based commercial team and drive the success of a rare disease launch. You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while building strategic accounts, engaging healthcare professionals, and delivering exceptional commercial results.

You will develop regional plans, influence key stakeholders, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing to ensure a successful market entry across hospitals and IDNs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years of first-line sales leadership experience with 2+ years navigating hospital systems/IDNs.
• Launch leadership experience in rare disease, oncology, immunology, or specialty biopharmaceutical markets.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, coach and retain a high-performing regional sales team.
• Develop and implement regional business plans aligned to a launch strategy.
• Cultivate relationships with key influencers including executives within accounts.
• Develop and present clinical, pharmaco-economic and business materials.
