Job summary

Syneos Health Commercial Solutions seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based team driving a rare disease launch. You will develop regional strategies, steer KAMs, and build partnerships with hospitals/IDNs and key healthcare professionals.

You will recruit and coach the team, align with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to optimize regional execution and deliver strong commercial results.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years first-line sales leadership; 2+ years navigating hospital systems/IDNs.
• Launch leader experience in rare disease/oncology/immunology; commercial readiness.
• Strong background in oncology or specialty therapeutics; ability to engage diverse clinical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate and retain a high-performing KAM team.
• Develop and implement regional business plans and launch strategies; pull-through of strategic account plans.
• Cultivate relationships with key influencers including C-suite and senior clinicians.
• Develop and present clinical, pharmacoeconomic and business presentations.
• Review product performance and share insights with internal stakeholders.
• Coach for accountability, performance and succession planning.
• Analyze market dynamics and opportunities to optimize regional execution.
• Ensure patient pull-through initiatives for identification, access and ongoing therapy.
