Job summary

Syneos Health in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a field-based commercial sales team and drive growth for a rare disease product launch. You will recruit, mentor, and develop a KAM-focused organization with a strong emphasis on engaging hospitals/IDNs and influencing clinical stakeholders.

The role reports to the National Business Director and requires deep oncology/specialty therapeutics experience, P&T and formulary knowledge, and a track record of cross-functional

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in Life Sciences.
• 4+ years of first-line sales leadership experience with 2+ years in navigating hospital systems.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, train, coach, assess, motivate and retain a high performing team.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business plans for launch strategy and pull-through with KAMs.
• Cultivate relationships with Key influencers including C-Suite roles within accounts.
• Develop and present clinical, pharmaco-economic and business presentations to customers.
• Review product performance and communicate results with stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional launch readiness initiatives with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Marketing.
