Job summary

Dragonfly Health is seeking a Regional Sales Director to expand our hospice and home health services nationwide. You will build and manage strategic accounts, develop pipelines, and lead negotiations with executive stakeholders.

You bring 3–5 years of direct sales experience in hospice or healthcare services, with excellent communication and a proven track record of closing multi-year contracts. This remote role offers competitive compensation, growth opportunities and a chance to shape care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• Healthcare/hospice experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across hospice and home-health segments.
• Negotiate favorable contracts and renewals with senior leaders.
• Develop relationships with leadership and key decision-makers to close opportunities.
• Attend industry conferences to develop relationships and generate new leads.
• Provide regular status reports tracking progress and performance.
