Travel across the region is required to coach teams, optimize pricing and external development, and ensure outstanding patient experiences while aligning with corporate goals.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or related field; or equivalent sales management experience.
• At least five years of leadership in sales/marketing with multi-state responsibility.
• Ability to travel within the assigned market is required.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Proven ability to coach and develop a sales team.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Provide direct sales oversight and performance analysis for assigned agencies.

• Lead CRM adoption, training, and performance reporting.
• Recruit, hire, and manage sales staff across multiple states.
• Travel regularly to provide on-site coaching and support field marketing initiatives.
