VitalCaring Group is seeking an Area Sales Director – Hospice to lead a high-performing sales team, drive referral growth, and expand market presence across the assigned territory in the United States. You will partner with Account Managers, Care Transition Navigators, and operational leaders to execute growth strategies and ensure compliant, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or home-based care sales.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and growth goals.
• Experience managing territory and developing referral relationships.
• Leadership, coaching, or team development experience preferred.
