InfuCare Rx is seeking a regional Sales Leader to assist in planning, organizing, and implementing business sales strategies aligned with company plans. The role involves leading sales staff, developing territory strategies, and coordinating with clinicians and support teams to drive referrals and patient services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field or experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and related MS Office tools.
• Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and resource management skills.
• Finance, strategy, forecasting, budgeting and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Manages, coaches and mentors sales staff for the assigned region.
• Develops sales strategies to achieve objectives and revenue goals for the territory.
• Interfaces with interdisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative staff.
• Targets physician prescribers and key decision makers; educates on patient-specific services.
• Identifies and develops relationships with all sales targets referring patients/prescriptions.
• Identifies specialty medications and related disease states.
• Familiarity with the geographical service area and territory assigned.
• Participates in community relations activities as needed.
• Plans field visits and educational opportunities to minimize travel and maximize productivity.
• Evaluates sales objectives and adjusts marketing plan to goals.
• Collaborates with prescribers and health systems to facilitate referrals.
• Identifies educational opportunities for referral sources.
• Identifies patient care related solutions with internal team and customers.
• Performs other duties as required.
