Job summary

InfuCare Rx is seeking an Area General Manager to oversee all pharmacy operations within the home infusion network. You will manage staff, coordinate cross-functional activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor pharmacy personnel while collaborating with senior leadership.

The role requires a PharmD or PharmD-equivalent, 5+ years of management, and strong knowledge of IV admixture and home infusion therapy. License in the state of employment is required.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams.
• Current pharmacist license in the state of employment.
• Minimum 3 years pharmacy operations and clinical home infusion experience.
• Strong knowledge of intravenous admixture and home infusion therapies.
• Ability to supervise pharmacy operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the pharmacy operations, including patient services, administration, and personnel supervision.
• Ensures services comply with professional standards and applicable laws/regulations.
• Directs, coordinates, and supervises all pharmacy activities.
• Performs duties of the clinical pharmacist as necessary and maintains clinical skills.
• Functions as liaison between sales and operations to onboard patients.
• Coordinate department QA activities for pharmacy and participate in hiring.
