Job summary

InfuCare Rx is a leading home infusion provider offering IV therapy and specialty pharmacy services in the homecare setting. The Territory Manager will promote specialty therapies to prescribers, discharge planners, nurses, and referral sources within the assigned Las Vegas area.

You will collaborate with physicians, health systems, pharma partners and internal teams to support patient discharges and prescriptions, identify new opportunities, and develop programs expanding InfuCare Rx services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of industry experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in specialty pharmacy sales or pharmaceuticals required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills; willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develops sales strategies to achieve objectives and revenue goals.
• Interfaces with interdisciplinary team of clinicians and administrative staff.
• Targets prescribers, discharge planners, nurses, and key decision makers and educates on services.
• Identifies and develops relationships with all sales targets referring patients/prescriptions.
• Identifies specialty medications and related disease states and conditions.
• Familiarity with the geographical service area and territory assigned.
• Participates in community relations activities as needed.
• Collaborates with prescribers, health systems and partners to facilitate prescriptions/referrals.
