Job summary

InfuCare Rx, Inc. in New Orleans, LA is seeking a Territory Manager-Specialty to drive sales and marketing efforts in the assigned area.

This role promotes specialty therapies to prescribers, discharge planners, nurses, and other referral sources, collaborating with physicians, health systems, pharma partners, and internal teams to meet patient care objectives. The successful candidate will have 5+ years in specialty pharmacy sales or related pharmaceuticals, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or proven industry experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in specialty pharmacy sales or pharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of specialty billing, reimbursement, and pre-authorization processes.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes sales strategies in the assigned territory.
• Promotes specialty therapies to prescribers and referral sources.
• Educates patients, hospital staff, and clinicians about InfuCare Rx services.
• Builds relationships with physicians, health systems, and pharma partners.
