InfuCare Rx seeks a Home Infusion Nurse/Infusion Office Supervisor. The role requires travel to patients' homes, delivering infusion therapies per physician orders, and supervising the Infusion Office staff to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.

You will lead clinical operations, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, educate patients and families, and uphold safety and regulatory standards while driving process improvements and staff development.

Competenze

• RN license current and unrestricted.
• BSN or ADN from an accredited program.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• 3 years' RN experience preferred, home care experience ideal.
• Current CPR with verified skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• TB Test.
• Knowledge of IV therapy and infusion techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in home care setting.

Mansioni

• Administer IV medications, fluids, and therapies in patients' homes as prescribed.
• Assess patient conditions and monitor responses, manage side effects or complications.
• Educate patients and families about infusion therapies, safety protocols, and administration.
• Maintain accurate patient records and timely documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Lead and mentor Infusion Office staff; supervise daily operations.
• Ensure equipment is functioning correctly and safely used during infusions.
• Monitor vital signs during infusions and take action when needed.
• Liaise between clinical staff, providers, and leadership; report to Director of Home Infusion Nursing.
• Oversee onboarding and annual training of Infusion RNs; provide coaching and oversight.
