Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of management experience preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
• Strong understanding of strategic selling and sales processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and implement solutions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and CRM software.

Responsibilities
