Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Regional Business Director, Elios, to lead a field-based sales organization across a defined US geography. You will translate strategy into execution, develop talent, and drive market adoption for the Elios platform.

The role demands ophthalmic surgical industry experience, strong sales leadership, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. Extensive travel and collaboration with cross-functional teams are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
• Sales leadership experience preferred.
• Experience in glaucoma and MIGS highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a field-based sales team to exceed objectives.
• Drive regional execution to accelerate adoption of Elios platform.
• Build a high-performance culture with accountability and urgency.
• Strengthen account penetration and strategic opportunities in the region.
• Maintain relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and ASC leaders.
• Forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management excellence.
• Support product adoption and long-term franchise growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, and Sales Training.
