The Regional Business Director, Elios, is a field-based executive responsible for leading a sales team, accelerating market adoption, and delivering consistent commercial results within a defined US geography.

This role emphasizes talent development, customer relationships, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years ophthalmic surgical industry experience.
Experience leading sales teams or field-based sales leadership.
Strong knowledge of glaucoma and MIGS market dynamics.
Proven ability to drive growth in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

Lead and coach a regional team of sales professionals to meet or exceed objectives.
Execute regional strategy to accelerate adoption and revenue for Elios platform.
Foster accountability, collaboration, and performance in the field.
Build strategic customer relationships with ophthalmic surgeons and ASC leaders.
Identify market opportunities and translate insights into regional plans.
Forecasting, territory planning, and opportunity management excellence.
Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Reimbursement, and Sales Training.
