JMA is seeking a Regional Sales Director based in Dallas, TX or the surrounding area. You will source and close revenue for DAS solutions, targeting mobile carriers, neutral host providers, integrators, and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities include building strategic territory plans, managing the sales funnel, and collaborating with Product Line Management, Sales Engineering and Customer Support to win complex deals. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years hunter/seeker sales experience.
• MUST HAVE experience selling DAS systems.
• Established network of regional decision makers.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Build and maintain relationships across customer decision-making units.
