Job summary

Boingo Wireless is seeking an ambitious Sales Manager for Enterprise to drive multi-carrier DAS/ERRCS projects. You will hunt, build pipeline, and close high-value deals in CRE, healthcare, and hospitality while working remotely from Southern California or Arizona and traveling to client sites.

You will collaborate with RF Engineers, Project Managers, and legal experts to structure and land transformational contracts, managing complex sales cycles and ensuring customer success.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years enterprise B2B solution-selling experience with DAS/ERRCS/Small Cells
• Active network and deep commercial relationships within CRE, Healthcare, and/or Hospitality in SoCal and Arizona
• Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar B2B sales quotas
• Ability to navigate complex sales cycles with internal Legal, Engineering, Finance, and Marketing stakeholders
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings and industry events

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing DAS/ERRCS deals across assigned territories
• Build and execute tailored, consultative go-to-market strategies targeting real estate development, healthcare, and hospitality
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder contract negotiations (carrier- and vendor-funded models)
• Own account relationships through deployment, collaborating with RF Engineering and Deployment teams
• Maintain pipeline hygiene using CRM for forecasting, account planning, and lead flows
