Job summary

Communication Technology Services (CTS) seeks an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer with deep DAS expertise to drive technical deal strategy across the Midwest & Mountain regions. You will partner with the Sales team to qualify, design, scope, quote, and win complex in-building and outdoor enterprise wireless solutions.

You are a subject-matter expert for RF, DAS, and 5G/LTE, capable of managing the full pre-sales lifecycle from initial benchmarking and design to final carrier commissioning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead technical discovery and architect DAS and cellular solutions for clients.
Partner with Sales to present technical proposals and respond to RFP/RFI.
Create scopes of work, BOMs and solution diagrams with Design Engineers and Operations.
Coordinate handoff to implementation to ensure seamless delivery.
Support upsell and technology refresh initiatives with existing clients.
