Job summary
Communication Technology Services LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Engineer with deep expertise in Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) to drive technical deal strategy across the Midwest and Mountain regions. The role partners with Sales to qualify, design, scope, quote, and win complex internal and outdoor enterprise wireless solutions.
You will manage the full pre-sales lifecycle from RF benchmarking and design to final carrier commissioning, while traveling up to 25% for site
Qualifications
- 5+ years of RF engineering and pre-sales experience in the DAS/Small Cell sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field.
- Travel up to 25% for site surveys, client meetings, and commissioning milestones.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery, analyze client infrastructure, and architect DAS/cellular solutions for Midwest & Mountain regions.
- Partner with Sales to present technical findings, RFP/RFI responses, and CTS capabilities.
- Create Scopes of Work (SOWs), BOMs, and solution diagrams with Design Engineers and Operations.
- Provide ongoing pre-sales support, live demos, and industry engagement to shape product roadmaps.
