Job summary

CrowdStrike, a global leader in cybersecurity, seeks a Regional Sales Director to lead a high‑performing team of Account Executives and regional managers in driving new business and expanding relationships in the region.

You will own the regional sales strategy, develop territory plans, and forecast with accuracy while partnering with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Expect travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership/management experience leading quota‑carrying teams.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas at both individual and team levels.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including endpoint security, cloud security, and threat intelligence.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a pipeline, forecast accurately, and close complex deals.
• Experience working with and through channel partners (VARs, MSSPs, GSIs).
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and modern sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC preferred).
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% within the region.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Sales Managers/Account Executives to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
• Own the regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting with accuracy and accountability.
• Drive new logo acquisition while expanding CrowdStrike's footprint within existing accounts.
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best‑in‑class customer experience.
• Develop and execute territory plans aligned with CrowdStrike's go‑to‑market strategy.
• Accurately forecast quarterly and annual revenue using Salesforce CRM.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top sales talent to build a world‑class regional team.
• Represent CrowdStrike at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings.
• Collaborate with channel partners and distributors to maximize regional coverage and pipeline.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to internal stakeholders.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
