CrowdStrike Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a remote team across multiple US regions.

You will own the regional sales strategy, drive new logo acquisition, and expand footprints within enterprise accounts while collaborating with cross-functional partners to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You will manage forecasting, develop a high-performing sales force, and represent CrowdStrike at industry events, with travel up to 50%.

Competenze

• 8+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership/management experience with quota-carrying teams.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas at individual and team levels.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts and managing channel partners.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape and go-to-market strategies.

• Lead and develop a regional sales team to meet revenue targets.
• Own regional strategy, pipeline, forecasting with accuracy and accountability.
