Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Regional Sales Director to lead a high-performing team of Account Executives across the region, driving new business and expanding existing relationships.

You will own regional strategy, forecast revenue, and partner with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. Travel up to 50% within the region is required, and a strong enterprise/cybersecurity sales background is essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software or cybersecurity sales experience.
• 3+ years of sales leadership/management experience leading quota-carrying teams.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas at individual and team levels.
• Experience selling into enterprise accounts.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity landscape: endpoint, cloud, threat intel.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a regional team of Account Executives to meet revenue targets.
• Own regional sales strategy, pipeline development, and forecasting with accuracy.
• Drive new logo acquisition while expanding existing accounts within the region.
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Channel, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver a best-in-class experience.
• Develop territory plans aligned with go-to-market strategy and forecast revenue.
