Job summary

Alkira is seeking a Sales Director for the Central region to lead a team of Account Directors in a remote role across the United States. You will drive regional bookings, forecast, and strategy, while coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and Partner teams to accelerate revenue growth.

You will coach high-performing sellers, manage strategic accounts, and ensure disciplined execution of a scalable sales process using MEDDPICC or Challenger methodologies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience, including team leadership.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a B2B software/SaaS or infrastructure environment.
• Experience selling complex multi‑stakeholder solutions in large enterprises.
• Strong coaching, deal/pipeline reviews, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM and a strategy like MEDDPICC or Challenger.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own regional bookings and revenue targets for the Central region.
• Develop a regional plan with defined coverage, targets, and milestones.
• Coach and manage Account Directors to improve pipeline, forecast, and bookings.
• Lead deal strategy, executive engagement, and win-rate improvement.
• Maintain accurate forecast and CRM hygiene.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and partners to drive regional results.
