Job summary

Alkira is seeking a Director of Sales for the Northeast to lead a direct team of Account Directors, drive regional revenue, and accelerate bookings. You will partner with senior leadership on strategy, manage forecast accuracy, and ensure CRM hygiene while coaching your team for peak performance.

You will recruit and develop top sales talent, align regional plans with company priorities, and engage with strategic accounts to improve win rates and long-term value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota as both seller and frontline manager.
• Experience selling complex multi-stakeholder solutions into large enterprise accounts.
• Ability to coach sellers, run deal and pipeline reviews, and deliver an accurate forecast.

Responsibilities

• Own regional bookings and revenue targets, consistently meeting or exceeding quota.
• Translate company priorities into a clear regional plan with defined account coverage, targets, and milestones.
• Identify market opportunities, coverage gaps, and execution risks in the region early and take decisive action.
