Job summary

Alta Cima Corp is seeking an Assistant Regional Sales Manager for the Eastern U.S. region. This remote, field-based role supports multiple sales centers, coaching leadership teams and driving sales objectives across the territory.

Based in the Eastern United States, you will travel up to 75% and work with the Corporate Sales team to ensure customer satisfaction, accurate deal flow, and strong financial performance while mentoring General Managers and staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Five years of progressive retail sales leadership experience.
• Experience managing a retail sales center, branch, or multi-location operation.
• Ability to travel up to 75% throughout region, some day trips, some overnight.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop leaders and high-performing teams.
• Understanding of financial matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional sales teams to achieve objectives and standards.
• Monitor KPIs, provide coaching, and improve sales performance across centers.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager to execute plans and promotions.
• Travel to assigned locations, recruit and onboard staff, and support leadership transitions.
• Ensure customer experience, compliance, and accurate deal flow across the region.
