DLRdmv® is seeking a motivated Regional Account Manager to lead client onboarding and provide exceptional customer service. This role involves maintaining client relationships and delivering training using virtual platforms.

The ideal candidate will have account management experience, especially in SaaS or software. The position requires excellent time-management skills and the ability to thrive in an autonomous environment. Travel within Minnesota is about 80% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the company’s onboarding process with clients.
• Provide ongoing training to dealership personnel beyond initial program installation.
• Interact on-site and remotely with dealership staff to troubleshoot and diagnose any issues.

Ability to Administrate Remote Training Using Web Conferencing Applications

DMV or Automotive Industry Experience

Ability to Navigate and Utilize SalesForce.com
