DLRdmv® is looking for a Regional Account Manager (RAM) to maintain relationships with clients and provide exemplary customer service both remotely and on-site. The RAM will manage the onboarding process and ensure client satisfaction through ongoing support and training.
This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously. Candidates with a background in the DMV or automotive industry are preferred. The position demands considerable travel in-state (up to 80%).

The Regional Account Manager (RAM) will be responsible for maintaining the relationship and providing on-site & remote customer service to the company’s clients. RAMs are responsible for leading the operations process of client onboarding by overseeing all aspects of the implementation of the company’s products/services within client accounts. RAMs also provide ongoing client support and training throughout the ongoing client relationship lifecycle. This Account Management role requires a purpose-driven, self-starting individual who excels in an autonomous (virtual) work environment and can work effectively with all levels of client personnel to meet their needs. Travel is required, mostly in-state, at approximately 80%.
