Qualifications

• Proven track record of account management in SaaS/Software.
• Experience with onboarding and client training.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• DMV or automotive industry experience preferred.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding process for new clients.
• Provide on-site and remote client support and training.
• Leverage CRM/BI tools to analyze data and optimize processes.
• Ensure client satisfaction and develop trusting relationships.
• Travel as needed, primarily within Wisconsin.
