Job summary

You will schedule Field Service Engineers, coordinate maintenance, installation and repair work, manage emergency service requests, and prepare field reports and price quotations. Previous industry experience is not required; no cold calling or sales.

Qualifications

• AA/AS degree required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate multiple client projects.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client accounts across a designated territory, coordinating project activity.
• Schedule and coordinate maintenance, installation, and repair work by Field Service Engineers.
• Manage emergency service requests with clear scheduling and parts coordination.
• Serve as central coordinator across departments to meet SLAs.
• Prepare field service reports and price quotations based on data and client requests.
