Coesia North America is seeking a Technical Regional Sales Manager to serve as the primary commercial and technical interface for customers in the Northeast & Midwest United States. You will deliver complete PWR automation solutions, including robotic cells, controls, service, and training, while coordinating with engineering, marketing, and service teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, or Technical Sales.
• 7–15+ years of experience in technical sales, account management, or business development within robotics/automation.
• Strong background in PWR or parallel robotics technologies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow sales in the assigned territory or market segment.
• Manage existing customer relationships and develop new automation opportunities.
• Lead technical discussions on robotic system architecture, performance, and integration.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering/controls/integration teams to deliver customized solutions.
