Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of related sales experience
• 2+ years in-territory sales experience preferred
• Strong technical understanding of robotics and automation
• Formal robotics training, certifications, or equivalent hands-on experience are a plus

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed annual sales goals per the compensation plan.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring exceptional communication and satisfaction.
• Lead regular business reviews with partners to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and drive results.
• Support partners throughout the sales cycle, including visits, virtual meetings, demonstrations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.
• Manage territory or account performance to meet sales and margin objectives.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments to align resources and deliver best-in-class service.
• Maintain accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts and related documentation.
• Travel frequently within the assigned territory; a valid driver's license and full-coverage automobile insurance are required.
