Job summary

Yaskawa Motoman is seeking a Sales Support professional to provide technical and commercial assistance to customers and partners. You will train sales staff, prepare quotations, and coordinate with our team in Japan to obtain quotes and information.

The role requires strong communication skills, experience in technical sales, and occasional travel to Global Sales Team customers. A bachelor's degree is required with at least two years in related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in technical sales, sales support, automation, robotics, or related fields.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for groups and meetings.
• Bilingual English and Japanese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and customer interaction for sales, partners, and GST customers.
• Compile materials and conduct sales and technical product training for sales staff and partners.
• Generate technical and commercial data for customers, partners, and OEMs.
• Review and generate sales quotations; coordinate RFQ with teams in Japan.
• Travel to visit Global Sales Team customers; ensure timely PO documentation.
