Fairway Management, Inc. seeks Roaming Property Managers to support multiple affordable housing communities. You will travel to sites within your region, assist in leasing, budgeting, reporting, and compliance with fair housing and government programs.

Daily site visits, resident relations, and timely rent collection are core duties. Travel expenses may be reimbursed where applicable, with on-call availability for after-hours emergencies.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of affordable housing property management experience.
• Experience with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program.
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite and fair housing regulations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; able to audit, train, and enforce standards.

Responsabilidades

• Travel daily to sites across region to fill in for, support, and assist operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident complaints, rent collection, timely recertifications, reporting, and on-site tasks.
• Ensure Fair Housing and affordable housing regulations adhered to.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection, notify delinquent residents.
• Provide outstanding service, resolve resident inquiries, work orders, and requests promptly.
• Maintain and build applicant wait list.
• Conduct initial lease process with certification and annual re-certification for affordable housing, state and government programs.
• Pass INSPIRE, State, and Government Agency inspections and maintain company standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are ready to lease quickly, and market those units diligently until occupied.
• Process applications for move-in/transfer and forward to Compliance for approval.
• Conduct inspections, including unit turns, preventative maintenance, work order completion, and quarterly housekeeping inspections
• Inspect and supervise the work of outside vendors.
• Walk the property daily.
• Organize community activities on a regular basis per the property management agreement and lease.
• Must be available to be on call after-hours and travel to trainings or conferences as required.
