Job summary

Fairway Management, Inc. is seeking Roaming Property Managers to travel across regions, support property management teams, and ensure our properties meet leasing, budgeting, compliance, and resident service standards.

Travel across the region is required, and travel expenses may be reimbursed. You will visit sites daily, assist with leasing, rent collection, certifications, reporting, and fair housing compliance, while maintaining property conditions and coordinating with vendors and regional

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affordable housing property management.
• Experience with Low Income Housing Tax Credit program (LIHTC).
• Strong knowledge of Real Page Onesite.
• Strong knowledge of fair housing and local/state regulations.
• Proficient in auditing, training, and applying standards and goals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable learning new software.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to sites within region to support operations.
• Assist with leasing, compliance, maintenance, resident complaints, rent collection, reporting and certifications on site.
• Ensure fair housing and affordable housing regulations are adhered to.
• Collect and deposit rent within 24 hours of collection and notify residents of delinquent rent.
• Provide outstanding service to residents and handle inquiries and work orders.
• Maintain and build applicant wait lists and conduct move-in/recertification processes.
• Inspect units, oversee vendor work, and perform on-site inspections.
• Be available for after-hours emergencies and travel for regional trainings.
