Job summary

NewGen Administrative Services is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to coach facility BOMs, standardize revenue cycle practices, and ensure accurate, efficient business office operations across multiple SNF facilities in the United States.

You will travel regularly, including overnight stays, to sites, train teams, monitor performance, and partner with facility leadership during strategic planning. This role offers competitive pay, full transparency, and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a facility Business Office Manager in a SNF/healthcare setting.
• Deep understanding of skilled nursing revenue cycle, billing processes, and month-end close.
• Proven ability to train, coach, and lead teams across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel regularly, including overnight stays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, and supervise Business Office Managers and BOAs across assigned facilities
• Conduct monthly site visits and touch-base meetings to monitor performance and provide hands-on support
• Drive consistency by implementing revenue cycle processes, including Triple Check, CSSR, and month-end close routines
• Partner with facility leadership during exit reports, performance discussions, and strategic planning
• Assist with recruiting, hiring, and performance management of business office personnel
• Participate in annual RCM strategic planning and monthly performance review meetings
• Maintain software setups for new facilities and users, ensuring smooth operational transitions
