Job summary

MGM Healthcare is seeking a Regional Business Office Manager to lead the Business Office Managers across multiple SNFs. You will ensure timely billing and strong cash collections, while aligning practices with MGM policies and procedures.

Ideal candidates bring SNF BOM experience, Medicaid expertise and PCC familiarity, with a focus on process improvement, staff development and effective intercenter travel.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years as SNF Business Office Manager.
• 3+ years Medicaid experience, including application process.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, onboarding and developing BOMs.
• Incorporate MGM policies to guide BOMs.
• Bill and collect Medicaid, Private Pay and Hospice for SNFs.
• Deliver 98%+ cash collections on Medicaid and Private Pay.
• Conduct AR reviews focusing on billing and collections results.
• Support month-end close activities and RAM workflow.
