Job summary

Resolve Solutions in Arizona is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Phoenix area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SNF business office management, strong billing and revenue cycle expertise, and a proven ability to improve collections and cash flow. On-site 4–5 days/week with local travel; residence in Arizona required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business office management experience within skilled nursing facilities (SNF).
• Regional or multi-facility oversight experience strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of SNF billing, accounts receivable, collections, and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay, and Medicaid-pending accounts.
• Proven ability to improve collections, reduce aging balances, and support financial performance.
• Experience training, mentoring, and supporting facility Business Office Managers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing financial priorities across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance to facility Business Office Managers.
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging reports, collections, Medicaid pending, private pay balances, and billing performance.
• Identify collection challenges and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to review business office performance and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Assist facility teams with complex billing issues, payer disputes, denials, and resident financial concerns.
• Review financial reports, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Admissions, corporate Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Establish consistent business office practices and accountability across assigned facilities.
