Resolve Solutions is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to oversee business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Phoenix/Tucson area. The role focuses on Medicare/Medicaid billing, AR, denials, and revenue cycle management, coordinating with facility leaders to improve cash flow.

You will travel locally, supervise and train facility Business Office Managers, and ensure consistent processes across sites while residing in Arizona and working

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business office management within SNFs.
• Regional or multi-facility oversight experience preferred.
• Strong SNF billing, AR, collections, and revenue cycle knowledge.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, private pay, and Medicaid-pending accounts.
• Proven ability to improve collections and cash flow.
• Experience training and mentoring facility Business Office Managers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple locations independently.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and support business office operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities.
• Provide hands-on leadership, training, and guidance to facility Business Office Managers.
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging reports, collections, Medicaid pending, private pay balances, and billing performance.
• Identify collection challenges and implement strategies to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flow.
• Conduct regular on-site visits to review business office performance and ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Assist facility teams with complex billing issues, payer disputes, denials, and resident financial concerns.
• Review financial reports, identify trends, and develop action plans to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and follow-up processes.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Admissions, corporate Finance, and Revenue Cycle teams.
• Establish consistent business office practices and accountability across assigned facilities.
