Complete Care is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Coordinator to support our skilled nursing facilities across the Mid-Atlantic region. This role collaborates with the Regional Business Office Manager to strengthen financial operations, oversee billing, and ensure timely collections while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of skilled nursing facility Business Office experience.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, billing, and accounts receivable.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Business Office operations across assigned skilled nursing facilities.
• Monitor accounts receivable, billing accuracy, denials, and Medicaid pending balances.
• Conduct facility audits, identify discrepancies, and assist with corrective action plans.
• Provide training, guidance, and operational support to facility Business Office staff.
• Assist with Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay billing processes.
• Review financial reports, reconciliations, resident trust accounts, and billing documentation.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Finance, and facility leadership to resolve reimbursement and financial concerns.
• Track financial performance, maintain reports, and communicate findings to regional leadership.
