Apploi is seeking an experienced Regional Business Office Manager to lead and develop Business Office teams across an assigned region, with responsibility for driving collections and ensuring compliant, timely claim submission. The RBOM will travel to facilities as needed, mentor managers, review AR, and collaborate with Administrators and clinical departments to optimize reimbursement.

Qualificações

• Experience in skilled nursing revenue cycle operations.
• Strong knowledge of AR aging, Medicaid Pending, Private Pay.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
• Washington and Oregon Medicaid experience is highly preferred.
• Associate degree in business-related field or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and oversight to Business Office Managers within the region.
• Drive regional cash collections and AR performance focusing on Private Pay, Patient Liability, and Medicaid Pending.
• Review AR aging and identify collection barriers and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure Medicaid Pending cases are actively worked, documented, escalated, and resolved.
• Oversee facility pre-billing processes for accurate, timely submissions.
• Monitor business office operations for compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.
• Train, mentor, and develop Business Office Managers.
• Coordinate onboarding and training of newly hired Business Office Managers.
• Conduct facility site visits, audits, and revenue cycle assessments.
• Collaborate with Administrators and Regional Operations leadership to address facility revenue concerns.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Social Services, MDS, Clinical, and other departments to resolve reimbursement issues.
• Participate in AR reviews and regional leadership meetings with updates on performance and risks.
• Ensure coverage during vacancies, PTO, acquisitions, transitions, or other needs.
• Promote accountability, urgency, collaboration, accuracy, and continuous improvement across the region.
