Job summary

Nationwide is seeking a Regional Wholesaler for Retirement Solutions to develop and nurture advisor relationships across a multi-state territory, promoting Nationwide products and services with a focus on growth and client service.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, preparing proposals, and presenting at meetings and industry events. A minimum five years in retirement plan sales or related roles is ideal, with FINRA licenses and ongoing education required.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business, finance, communications or liberal arts preferred.
• FINRA licenses required or will need to be obtained within designated period.
• Experience in 401(k)/retirement plan business and advisor-driven sales preferred.
• Strong math, finance, statistics knowledge and analytical ability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with advisors and third-party administrators to promote Nationwide products and services.
• Assist Investment Professionals in prospecting and presenting to customers.
• Promote Nationwide products and services to drive territory growth and manage client relationships.
• Coordinate with specialists and internal teams for proposals, presentations and closing paperwork.
