Job summary

Nationwide, a Fortune 100 company, seeks a Regional Wholesaler for Retirement Solutions to cover MN, IA, SD, ND, WY and MT. Candidates living in MN or IA are preferred. Travel 3–4 days per week is required.

You will build advisor relationships, educate Investment Professionals on retirement plans, coordinate with specialists, and prepare proposals for client meetings. Territory management and license upkeep are essential.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses required; Series 6/7/63/65 or Life/Annuity licenses as applicable.
• Minimum five years in 401(k)/retirement plan sales or advisor-driven roles.
• Strong math, finance, and communication skills; comfortable with presentations.
• Must obtain required licenses within the designated time period.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build relationships with advisors and third-party administrators to promote Nationwide products.
• Assist Investment Professionals in identifying prospects and preparing proposals and meetings.
• Promote Nationwide products and services to drive profitable growth in the territory.
• Coordinate with staff and administrators to prepare closing paperwork and conduct site visits.
• Represent Nationwide at conferences and regional meetings; maintain reports and licenses.
